OK I went to the DR for my bad knee and I dont ever take pain meds
unless I really need to, OK now I am flying hahaha~ The viodens make me so hyper lol!! |

Well just don't abuse them. Keep in mind they are a mind altering
substance. Glad to see you are no longer feeling pain like you were but I do suggest you find out why you had that pain in the first place. If it was due to the cold you should not be feeling it after your bodys temperature gets warm again. a few hours in a warm house should get your core temperature to normal. As long as your not dealing with swelling as well there. |

They reconstructed my entire knee in May, and yes it is swollen pretty
bad and tight and stiff with pain, My DR is sending me back to see the ortho to see what the problem is, I am hoping it is just the weather but it hurts when I was inside also. I dont ever abuse pain meds and I HATE drugs, I only take a half of pill but it still feels pretty good even though it doesnt take all the pain away, |

That is a good thing then that he is sending you to ortho as you need to
know what caused the swelling and pain to get it fixed. I hope you get better soon but do not worry about missing time from work for it either. I am sure your boss is not much like me. |
