Im so piss, everytime you go to a place, they tell you
NO SMOKING !!! there are no smoking signes all over the place can't take it anymore!!! and is freezing out here mannnnn!!! |

Their is alot of places where i live that have no smoking signs but ppl
smoke anyway and they never say anything to them. I'm not saying to try that. Thats just how it is here |

If they make smokin illegal, shouldn't they make cigarettes illegal
too?? Its just yuppie f*ckers that want to say they changed a freakin law, cuz they dont have anything better to do than f*ck with the poor. |

Yay no smoking... Too bad they don't ban it from outside in public
places as well. Its not good for kids or people for that matter to be around second hand smoke. Sigh someday the world will be a cleaner, nicer smelling place :) |

Tobacco is a natural product, so is weed. Both should either be legal,
and be able to be used wherever, or illegal along with alcohol. If they're gonna take fun away, they may as well take it all. |

in calif. any place that is open to the public is non smoking, a few of
the smaller towns have gone even farther, stating you may only smoke in you own home out of sight of the public. my lodge is in the middle of a fight over that right now, the property is owned by the members, a key card is required to enter while the fight is in progress, they have permitted the members one very small room where we smoke. |

Yeah aleacim831, as Widower says California does have towns like
Calabasas that does have No Smoking even in Public Out Doors... However I think that and banning smoking in Bars is pushing it (that or make a Smokers Bar/Dance Club....although it wouldn't be fair because the None Smoking places would go outta business) |

alecia, not trying ot be funny or offensive, while smoking does affect
some people, the use of strong colognes or hairspray makes me sneeze like crazy when I am around it. don't know how many other people are affected the same way, but if it bothers many could that someday become the next thing to be banned?? |

Our company is going to a NO BREAK policy Feb. 5th. They already tell us
no smoking in the trucks or office. The new policy says we can't smoke on their property at all and we only get a lunch break in which we have to leave the property to smoke. Screw them, I will smoke in their trucks until they catch me. I already chew on a white straw to fool them!! |

All right kids, I come from North Carolina, where they MAKE the
cigarettes everyone is so upset about. Thank God you can still smoke inside down there. However, since moving to MD I've found it increasingly difficult. And the nasty looks I get every day are startin to get on my last nerve! I don't think anyone has the right to tell me what I can or can't do out in the OPEN air, in my OWN car or HOME. (even tho i smoke outside 'cause of the babies LOL!) |

slug I like you idea about smokers only locations, but the law here
states any property where a person not a resident, may be affected by the smoke. |
