Boxing is not nearly as bad as MMA. A lot of the fighting techniques this guy mentioned above is taught in the military and at the police academy. These fighting tactics are specially taught for incapacitating others to be temporarily helpless, partially disabled, or dead depending on the amount of force used.

I think I am in that transition right now. Earlier this year I woke up with a massive fever and cramps. Felt like I got my ass kicked.
About 5 months later I'm having back problems, go to the doc and boom high blood pressure was the cause. Now on medication. I feel so old. I'm scared of what is next to come. |
