Be Poor
Have sub par “Universal” health care. (Think V.A. hospital in the 1970's for everyone) Support a bunch of drug addicts, low life welfare bums who don’t want to work. To break your back at work in order to bring home half of the money that you are bringing home now cause the fed is taking 50% in taxes. yup. she controlled the debate with her own style. She controlled the tempo. She kept the topics on her strengths. she smoked him. and all you can say is she didn't answer the questions. LOL  KOOL AID isn't just for kids anymore.
Well i watched the debate 3 times last night.. I have to say I do like Palin more than i did before.. Aint a chance in hell i'd vote her and "the maverick" please!!! more like the crypt keeper!! She even went as far as calling herself a maverick..  Yeah she came across likeable and non threatening, but also nieve, avasive,and all she really seemed to want to talk about is Alaska. I will say though that Gwen did seem to favor Biden in the debate and thats not right.
That was largely my take too. I ended up liking Palin but was also more convinced that I wouldn't want her as my president. And the chances are pretty good... And I can't figure out if I was more annoyed or amused at how she ignored the questions and talked about whatever she wanted 
Did anybody else do a spit-take every time she talked about 'the surge'? Two weeks ago she didn't know what it was. But I do think she handled herself well. She didn't get flustered and I think she controlled the debate just by not answering the questions. That hurt her in my eyes, but I bet, to most, it played pretty well. Yes, I was surprised by her new vocabulary. She is a quick study. It looked liked she was looking at some cheat sheets too. They are called (NOTES :) and they are allowed in debates and speeches..... Well, she brought ALOT of notes that she was constantly reading. The candidates usually just takes notes while the debate is occurring. She did and Biden did too.....Did you ever take speech class in high school???????? Biden wasn't reading notes from the get-go. He was taking notes throughout the debate. Palin was constantly looking down at the notes that she already had. This was a V.P. Presidential debate not a high school debate. That question had more to do with you then them. I know. It is one thing to not tell someone on a dating site what classes one took in high school or college. It is quite another thing to not tell voters how you stand on the issues. Would you even listen...I think not. |

The issue of U.S. boarder security and control? Illegal aliens did not stop breaking in to our country because the banks needed a bail out. Illegal Aliens must be deported. If you want to live here you need to get in line with everyone else. What say you? You watch too much TV news. I know border patrol people and they are still doing their jobs. I actually know this sounds funny to most but my ex husband works for the border patrol and I know he does his job! He needs more help! Well talk to your Republican government about hiring more border patrol then. Oh wait, they are the ones who cut it back in the first place huh? You don't get to sit on both sides of the fence. I'm a registered Independent voter silly. Oh and the last time I checked the Democrats make up the majority of our congress.....not the republicans. Why don’t the Lib’s do something about it...Oh, that’s right, they are too busy telling convicted felons that they can still vote. What a bunch of scumbags the Lib's have turned out to be. |

undocumented workers are the backbone of the American economy..they sustain construction, hotel/restaurant and most important of all agriculture...I doubt many "Americans" would be willing to bust their butts working over 12 hours a day, stooped under a hot sun picking produce, for less than minimum wage..but hey, thats why and how you get your cheap produce and your 99 cent hamburgers. I really wish once and for all the "illegal" immigrant issued was resolved either by opening your borders or holding accountable the companies that hire non-documented workers in the first place...wonder how happy youll be then when you end up paying 12 dollars a pound for potatos... I must be the only guy on this web site with a communist fan club. You guys go where ever I go....Man "O" man I'm flattered. I mean I still hate communist and I will see them crushed under the boot of capitalism... but so-so flattered....thanks!!!!

Biden's excessive use of Botox is somewhat disturbing...to me What botox? BOtox is: Botulinum toxin type A is a toxin produced by the bacteria that causes botulism. Botulinum toxin type A affects the nerves. When injected into a muscle, it produces a reduction in the activity of the muscle. UNDERSTAND NOW??? I know what botox is. I don't know that Biden uses it. I do think there are some honest immagrants who really want to be here legally but really don't know how to get to that point. My dad sponsers lots of people and helps them to come to our country legally. If there were more Americans here that felt that way instead of being so angry...we may not have so many issues regarding people here illegally. I really don't like to stir up controversy but I do like to have the other half of this debate exposed. I am a first generation American and I am proud of my parents and who they have become. I also agree that people should not "sneak" across the border to test the streets of gold theory either. Just some of my crazy crazy thoughts. I am not saying that I don't agree with you all but my dad was here illegally from Spain and my mother was also here illegally from Australia...my dad is now a citizen with a PHD in gen med and my mother has been a teacher for 20 plus years. I know that this is a rare thing when it comes to people here illegally but I just thought I would say something bout the other side. Have a good day. Why would any body want to leave Australia.
