I agree with most of the things said so far. I would also add that the older someone is,the more life experience they have. So they are more likely and more capable of joining a forum conversation.
I reckon the Intimate Encounter types have a look,but they are looking for something more instant and gratifying.
As for gay/homosexual,i'm not sure. We do have some lesbian ladies that post on the forums,but i'm unaware of any regular gay men. I don't really know why that is. I like to think that all are welcome,but we all know that in reality,there is still a stigma attached to some peoples gender preference.

For starters,try changing your main profile pic to a picture with your shirt on and your tongue in your mouth,that kind of thing doesn't impress the ladies on here.
As for your profile,people like to get an idea of who they are messaging before they write. So giving no information and telling them to ask isn't a good idea.

The 'look' is always our first attraction, it's usually that comfort that engages the first conversation. From there we discover the personality...and hopefully more transpires. So,ideally, the better looking,the better the overall attraction might be. A lot of times we are single so long because we didn't find the looks to go with the personality. Let's face it,we all know great people with great personalities,but we're just not attracted to them.
OP,i'm guessing the the 'trash' reference is because of a personal experience ? To leave someone for someone else who 'might' be better looking would be very shallow because they shouldn't have been with the original person anyway. So who wants someone like that ? Do you ? It's not all the fault of the 'trash'.
