Thank you and you keep up the good work. I am sure you will beat this addition. I also like the money I save n the cigarettes. My wife still smoked after I quit. I managed to not give in and she would not smoke in the same room I was in. Unfortunalely she passed away in 2006 from a heart attack. My youngest child is 22 so I need to be around awhile for her.

I just wanted to say congrats to everyone has stopped smoking. I am a former smoker. I am 59 years old and also have COPD. I was diagnoised with COPD about 20 years ago, it was mild then but got worse. I somked about 2 and a half packs a day. I started smoking when I was a teen and continued until I was 50. I quit with the help of Zyban and have been soke free now for 9 and 1/2 years. It is hard but you just have to not give in to the craving and believe me they will be there fr a long time. I am also still not on oxgyen and hope I never will have to be.

No, I haven't looked into that. Might be something I could do. I will check it out and see if it is right for me.

What kind of supplements are you taking. I am not over weight but have a prety good sized gut I need to reduce. Do you have any suggestions on how I might accomplish this. I have breathing problems so the exercise is limited

It's a nice cool morning. My daughter is home for the week. They are on spring break this week so her and her room mate will be staying with me this week and also her three cats. She has several appointments this coming week

That is Ok, I have to get ready to start my day. I have a few errands to run and a little house work to do. My son and I may go to Biloxi tomorrow. We haven't been in a while so we may go just for the drive and some entertainment. Our weather is nice here this morning. It is 50 degrees and sunny.

I do also. If she has to have surgery, it will be her fourth surgery in her young life. She is only 23 and has had so many problems.

Thank you for the coffee, Everything here is going fine. My daughter has another ovarian cyst. The doctor put her on some meds to try and disolve it. I hope it works so she won't have to have surgery to remove it.

he has been having problems with the female stuff since she was 19. She has had one ovary removed and also has had surgery to remove lesions left by the first surgery. The doc's said all that was caused by her appendix that ruptured when she was 14. I am afraid she has inherited all her mothers medical problems. I just hope she doesn't develop the arteriy disease that my wife had.

I am doing fine this morning. My daughter is doing all right. I haven't heard from her this morning. She will call a little later in the day or I will see her when I go to take her to the Doc today. She seems to be getting all sorts of problems at once. I have to take her to her OB/GYN this afternoon. I sure hope they can get her back healthy soon.
