Flame, My problem is I just can't resist a good cookie. Tat is why I have this gut I desperately need to trim down. I only weigh around 145 lbs but the gut needs to go so I will be abck normal at 135 or less

I am not going to bake any cookies today. I will wait until it gets closer to Christmas before I start with that. Don't want to gain any more weight.

Son and daughter are both doing fine. My daughters headaches are easing up, but the medication kills her appetite, but she has another appointment with the neurologist next Tuesday and she will talk to him about that. I am doing fine. You know how us old folks are. I have my good days and bad. My breathing seems to be getting a little better. I have ben told that your lungs will repair themselves after ten years of no smoking. I am at about 9 1/2 and I can feel that I can breath better than I could even a year ago.

Flame, it is going well with my company. I think she is enjoying herself. She is being a bit lazy today and is still sleeping, but that is fine, it gives me time to do a few things for myself

I haven't done anything yet, but will soon. I have a few things to do today.

I am sure we will. We have always gotten along well. She is a single mom of 2 girls one 21 and the other 16. Th 16 year old one has been too had for her t handle so friends of the family has gardianship of her right now and that seems to be working out for the teen, she has gotten her act together and is doing well in school. The 21 year old is married and has two children so that is a good thing. Poly, I have always wanted to visit Hawaii. If and when I get the money what part would you suggest I visit?

We don't have any clinics like that. I guess I sort of gave the wrong impression on my visitor. She is my late wife's sisters daughter. She was my niece for 30 years. I guess some would say that she still is. She is 45 years old so not a young person but not as old as I am either. She has been going through a tough time and she was very close to my wife. I hope she enjoys herself an gets a little relaxiation while she is here. I really care for her and want her to be happy.

Poly, I try to be a patient man. I don't work so sitting around comes natural. I am going to change the way I do things a little especially next week. I am going to have a young lady come and visit me. We get along well and hope to have some good times while she is here. The only thing about the doctors visits is my son does not have any health insurance so it gets a little expensive.
