it's simple.. curd cheese (we call it squeaky cheese here lol), poutine sauce (it's a lil like a bbq sauce) and french fries.. recipe: 1) fry some fries till they're crispy 2) add enough curd cheese (typical ratio 1/3rd cheese to french fries quantity) 3) smother in a heated bbq(or poutine) sauce 4) add fork and eat!  That does sound yummy. I had squeaky cheese at the cheese factory in Oregon they were wonderful |
