ah, i think that Nogiuera's team is definatly probably one the best on the ultimate fighter, but dont get me wrong both are great teams, you have to give massive respect to these guys, after training in mma you learn what it takes to do what these guys live, i just actually snapped my leg and tore all the ligaments in my ankle training

ok, a kid i grew up with had been married, i've been friends with both him and his wife for awhile. well recently they split and are getting a divorce, he is acting like a little kid and getting mad cause i'm still friends with his ex. so he band me from ever being his friend again *ridiculous! lol* and is acting very immature, well here's the problem, his ex now wants to meet up and be i guess what you would say (**** buddies). and i'm no longer friends with my buddy, and i dont think i could do that to him, but then again, she is very good looking and any other time i would get w/her. so i'm in a tough spot! WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!?
