Any poll of people who are not "leading presidential scholars" (and/or not based upon questionable and irrelevant criteria like background or perceived imagination and intelligence) is likely to yield quite different results. Either way, ranking Presidents is sort of silly. MOST of the praise or blame a President receives has little to do with them (personally) and much more with what's going on at the time and how their entire government administration is perceived by the public.

I kind of think we will always be an oligarchy, because money is power,, Plutocracy is the rule of wealth. The combination of both plutocracy and oligarchy is called plutarchy. While money and power are major motivators for many people, it is actually ideology that is driving the world (to ruin).

You're closer to the "truth" of "intent" than you realize. There IS a (national and world "government") desire to kill "taxpayers" - in the most profitable manner possible. "Population reduction" is behind all sorts of "health" policies and practices.
