I desire a partner, not just a date - and am looking for someone to come home to rather than just go out with. In fact, I'm not really interested in traditional "dating" - unless it's likely to result in a long-term committed connection - as friends, lovers, or spouses. While I’m primarily seeking a partner who I hope to one day marry, I am also open to meeting people with potential to be good friends who I may value in my life. I believe most things in life are best when they are shared - especially with someone special (who will still be there to share more in the future). I also believe that the best (and perhaps only good) reason for any kind of relationship is that those involved are better together than apart. HIGHLY desirable qualities I seek in a potential mate include being playful, affectionate, and nurturing - with a big heart and a sense of humor. Not required but especially appreciated would be if you liked to (or at least can when needed) cook, sew, and do many things that not long ago most women could but now few seem to even know how. Being a good follower on the dance floor would be especially welcome - especially if you know (or are willing to learn) a variety of partner dances!
