I know I'm still a kid inside. And some people are very weird toward me regarding my child-like enthusiasm. Some embrace it and find it refreshing that I can find the joy in the little things, or that I'm okay with making sound effects noises, etc. But you know I'm bad when my KIDS say to act like a grown-up!!

OMG CRACK ME UP!!! I thought my gag reflex was bad, but I can't say seeing an obese man in a thong or an obese woman in a bikini has ever physically made me gag. Just in my mind!!!
I have issues taking pills or if I see someone else vomit.
Oddly, my cat will start a coughing fit and it gets his gag reflex in gear and causes him to vomit.
I do know there are ointments one can put under the nose above the lip for bad smells that cause gagging, like people who deal with forensics use it for a smelly death or scene. But I don't know what you would do about the visual.

If he ever threatens to kill himself again, call the police and let them handle it. I had a guy say that stuff to me a long time ago and I ended up talking to a suicide hotline about it. The man had done it for YEARS with other women. They said if he meant it he sure was taking his time and that ultimately, you have no control over it if someone is serious about doing themselves in. Obviously this man had used it as a device to manipulate you and he's pretty pathetic. He may need real help, but you are not a professional and you need to back away. You can't solve his problems and he actually probably doesn't WANT YOU TO. He wants to manipulate you. He DEPENDS on your caring for him. It's part of the way he gets under your skin.

I don't know why, but that doesn't happen to me. Even when I get a pedicure, they don't have much heel skin to work with. By the way, as much as it may be gross, that calloused skin is there for a purpose, to protect your feet! Sounds like it just got excessive and shed itself. Your body is working right!!!

Gosh, I'm not bi-polar, and maybe I enjoy more dating than you, but frankly, I've been waking up alone for 13 years and I've had struggles at jobs whether it be nasty bosses, back-stabbing co-workers, failure to comprehend my duties, messing up my work, getting sick, petty office rumor mill interferences, etc. Yes, you have an issue that definitely makes it difficult, but it is managable with treatment if you choose to make it work. The rest, son, IS JUST REAL LIFE!!!!
