Here in the Philly area, there was a snow squall and there were 15 accidents on the PA Turnpike during the morning rush. This is only a 15-20 mile drive. I drive to work every day on 12 lane highway, the Boulvard, and every day see people texting while they drive, speeding in abd out of lanes and at least once a year in the snow, an SUV is laying on it's side in the middle of the road. So there are crazy drivers everywhere, and most of them have a big a$$ SUV.
