I throw 'em in the trash, paper plates don't take to washing. 
Thats works too!! But these darn holidays make us pull out the plastic plates and silver!

After our Easter dinner today ,my son decided he was going to do the dishes. We do not have a dishwasher
 We run the hot water to rinse as we wash each dish by hand with cloth/sponge/pads. Relative corrected us and said we should use a dish pan, wash them all and leave soak, then rinse them all in cold water. Son and I think our way is more sanitary, relatives way saves water I suppose.We also leave them air dry until later. Momma always made us dry them immediately. These are one of the things we argue over in my house!

Yay! for tools! I have my own with toolbox..stole them from my ex when we split, including half his clothes, all the kitchen chit, light bulbs, toilet paper...ect HEY I paid for them ALL!.... whoop! whoop!

I dont remember for sure but... it might have been "Bedknobs and Broomsticks"...I remember being so excited about going ... and later that evening jumping around on my mums bed pretending we were flying and my littlebrother fell off and rammed his head on a dresser...first time he got stitches...yes very memorable that day.

I have met 2 local people from other sites,one guy I just did'nt have a click with and the other guy I am still friends with ,he is actually married now. As it turned out he was related to a co worker...lol. Noone from here yet, I'm not really willing to travel either so it does limit things.

I think we have a winner folks! Amazon.com by a landslide! Amazon is great except the shipping costs can be high if you don't get the super saver discounts ...found a real cute pair of sandals on there for 8 bucks on a clearance sale when my son was ordering his hacky sacks

I live in Buffalo NY ...right off Lake Erie... even our good weather can be bad weather sometimes. Last weekend out grocery shopping it was raining crushed ice!!! Cannot even say it was hail it was not hard enough,it would hit the ground & splatter into crushed ice...was weird!   
Not really Cheer been in the 40's and 50's (F) this past week...actually we have broken the record for the mildest winter ever in Buffalo. Hardly any snow.....I still have a whole bag of rocksalt unopened! |

Oiiii...I have a shoe ( especially sandal) obsession....I just gotta have them
 I probally have: 4 pair of boots, 6 pair of clogs, 5-7 pair dress shoe, 10 or so pair of sandals. I found these really cute gold clog like sandals the other day, they're so comfy! Thing is, I can only wear them with black or white or they just dont look right. My kids warn me when we go clothes shopping....If I go into the shoe section they are not going with me at all.

It has changed , I also joined a few years back. I come and go too. I deleted my account for awhile because I started getting a ton of adds from other sites. They were annoying to the pointe that I was'nt even looggin on anymore. Thats seems to have stopped. I sort of like it again. Hi Dawnette! I vaguely remember you from the movie forums. Luckily, I have not received any spam. Yet. My vacation ends tomorrow night, so I'll be kinda busy with work & won't have as much time on here anyway. Yes movies of coarse! I pop in & out most of the forums, as the others here are sayin ....it's good way to keep it active. Well then, have a great back to work week and cya in the forums...btw...gonna watch Horrible Bosses tonight, heard it was funny!!! |
