There's nothing that will make getting over a guy any easier other than time. If he's dating someone else and flirting with you, what's to say he won't do the same thing if ya'll got together?? I say leave him alone, cut off communication and move on to someone worhty of your time - he doesn't seem to be. What if he is worried about me? What if he calls me? Do you have caller ID? Don't answer. Talking opens up a lot of avenues. Don't go there. Like was said before, if he's gonna do it to her what makes you think he's not going to do it to you? |

Why can't women read profiles. I've gotten two contacts from women who A) didn't want a guy who smoked and B) didn't want a guy who drank. I do both. It's right there in my profile. Why can't women read profiles? On the other hand why can't men read profiles? See, it's that generalization thing. |

Save your energy on getting mad at him - he obviously doesn't care enough. Put your energy toward your children for you're obviously filling the role of both parents! Good Luck to you! AND - allow the children to see him for what he is IN THEIR OWN TIME - that way they will be able to make up their own minds about him, with the knowledge of your love and the fact that you were always there for them and did not try to "turn them against him" - you allowed them to see it for themselves - and BELIEVE ME - he WILL show his true colors - perhaps not today or tomorrow, but HE WILL - just be ready to support your children's emotions and answer their questions gently but truthfully ........ .
I agree with both these. My son is now 20 and the best thing I ever accomplished in my life! He is such a good kid (and he loves his momma and, of his own accord, doesn't want a thing to do with his father). Even though it turned out great I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. I feel for you and those kids!

You're young. Hang out with your friends and if he doesn't like it,... In other words you're your own woman and noone can tell you what to do. If you let him run the show now he'll think he can keep running the show. Compromise and talking.
