people all grieve in different ways .. you have to allow yourself to do so and you can't just skip it or it will rear it's ugly head later .. Getting in contact with old friends seems pretty normal .. I went the other route in my grief I shut everyone out .. the point is there is no right way to be sad or wrong way to be sad ..

Not really looking to pick a fight, but have your civil liberties(YOUR civil liberties) been violated in anyway what so ever, or have you just been told that they are or can be? I have never, not once, ran across anyone who said that the patriot act actually violated their civil rights, not one person. Do you know anyone who has ad their violated? Just a question.

What is it the constitution stood in the way of Barack? The constitution is very clear with regards to damn near everything we do, it is only when trying to rewrite it or "interpret" it do we find that it gets mangled up and watered down. Im not going to lie, I wish I could speak like he does(except truthfully). Democracy is a conversation, it is one being had right now in small places in the world where people long for freedom. Barack you are no founding father, as smart as you make yourself out to be, you will never be on the same intellectual playing field as they where. wheres ben franklin when you need him most? Our founding fathers were geniuses. The constitution should be followed. Only in EXTREME circumstances should we ever amend anything written in that book of rules. You are right Doc they make everything clear. They break down the delicate balance of power to a T. If we mess with it too much certain individuals will become too powerful bringing to an end our democracy. |
