just like with guys.. we are not all alike. If someone is interested in me and I do not return the feelings I try to let him know as gently as possible... I have not been so lucky in the same situation, a few have told me that they want to see me again but never call and ignore my messages, so I take ignoring me as a brush off in a rude way. I think the reason is that they are trying to be nice, but face it...everyone is not going to want me and I can accept that.

Try telling her something like, we seem to have personal differences but need to work together, so lets just keep it professional. If this don't work and she goes off again tell the boss. Keep the emails just in case you need them. They are dated .

i have in the past and will in the future. Even if that person wont help you either because they can't or they are too selfish or what ever the reason.... someone will be there to help you. I choose to believe it is God and not karma but what ever it is I believe what you do will come back to you double.
