A friend and I used to go in a christian forum talk to people of other religons then us .Once a guy kept wanting her to cam or skype with him ,She told the moderator of the room.
He said that there is a software people can download that records what they see on there screen .if you have a cam on or skype they can record it all. Sounds creepy to me and Im glad he told us that so id be careful and make sure you know the person offline as well as online or known them a long time as a lady above said. |

That was nice ,I like honey on biscuits in the morning. I see signs sometimes in people yards they sell honey but i never stoped to check it out but i think I will next time i see one .Usually people are selling tatars or tomatoes.

Little Christian Humor
Jesus and Satan were having an on-going argument about who was better on the computer. They had been going at it for days, and frankly God was tired of hearing all the bickering. Finally fed up, God said, 'THAT'S IT! I have had enough. I am going to set up a test that will run for two hours, and from those results, I will judge who does the better job.' So Satan and Jesus sat down at the keyboards and typed away. They moused. They faxed. They e-mailed. They e-mailed with attachments.. They downloaded. They did spreadsheets! They wrote reports. They created labels and cards. They created charts and graphs. They did some genealogy reports . They did every job known to man. Jesus worked with heavenly efficiency and Satan was faster than hell. Then, ten minutes before their time was up, lightning suddenly flashed across the sky, thunder rolled, rain poured, and, of course, the power went off... Satan stared at his blank screen and screamed every curse word known in the underworld. Jesus just sighed.... Finally, the electricity came back on, and each of them restarted their computers. Satan started searching frantically, screaming: 'It's gone! It's all GONE! 'I lost everything when the power went out!' Meanwhile, Jesus quietly started printing out all of his files from the past two hours of work. Satan observed this and became irate. 'Wait!' he screamed. That's not fair! He cheated! How come he has all his work and I don't have any?' God just shrugged and said, JESUS SAVES... |

Anger is an emotion that is more positive than depression and hopelessness. It is the emotion that one will pass through in rising to better emotions. A person who is deeply depressed and feeling hopeless can rise out of that depression with anger and from there move up the latter to more self empowering emotions. If you want to get rid of anger, make sure you move upwards on the ladder of emotion rather than downwards to depression, hopelessness and despair. What emotions are right "above" anger on the ladder?

I think anger is destructive!Mostly to the one who holds on to it. We all get angery,but what we chose to do with the anger,is all up to you. I agree and we cant change others only how we react to them. |

I have always been told that when somebody is ill or going through a bad time ,that you can never go wrong by letting them know you care and will be there for them. However it has been my experience lately that it isn't always true, that showing you care and reaching out can be misconstrued as something else. What are your thoughts on this? Hun, if your intent is pure, you simply cannot second-guess what the other's reaction might be. You have done your part. Their response is in their court. See thats what I mean.."if your intent was pure" It had no ulterior motives behind it at all.Just felt genuinely bad for the people I felt were in pain. This happened to me a few times with different people , where they read something into my reaching out to them in their time of need as something that it wasn't. I don't know maybe its the way I word things. I know what my heart feels though, and I feel sincere compassion for people. Maybe if there thinking your wanting more cause your kindness maybe think of a line to say when talk to them ...example...everyoneneeds someone to talk to and im not loking for anythign i just like being helpful if i can....then if they take it more thats them not you,,,,I give u alot of credit is ncie your a good guy to help others and care ..

I don't usually post anything in here. Is it supposed to mean something more if you do something nice for somebody in the name Jesus, as opposed to just doing something nice for somebody for no reason? Just curious and stoned......... 
Very good question 
When we as humans do something nice for someone...we are doing it usually because we want something in return...to gain a compliment or a thank you or a favor later on or for someone to like us better or see us as a nice person etcetera.... But when we do something nice for someone in jesus name we are then as humans not focusing on ourself.. our good deed or our wants or what we did..Example the middle letter in SIN is I I want a smile I want a favor I want this person to like me I want them to know im kind I want them to know i will help them I want them to see some people are good No one else helped and I did I want them to know that I will help them again excetra...excetra..excetra When we do soemthing in jesus name we are focusing that jesus is our lord and savior and acknowledging his goodness and kindness and love for us all ,when we give the glory to him ,we are sharing his good word the gospel. When we give the glory to god we are nto wanting anything in return but all of the glory of the good deed to be given to him not us. It also reminds others of his deeds for us and his goodness.We over come the sin nature within us when we give it to god instead .. 1 Example :Thanks john for helping me with your car Sure no problem man im glad >> I << can help 2 Example :Thanks john it's ok >>> I <<< am glad I could help >>I <<can later to if you need me to. 3 Example :No problem its the glory of jesus im glad I was able to help through him. he (jesus not I ) does bring others in our life when need things done ...( the other person may think ) thats true he does or thats true i was needing help there he was through you ,then possibly they think, maybe i should read my bible more ect ect .. So where you may have done only one good deed ...and once the car is running good ect after awhile your good deed is forgotten or not as important to them any more . But by doing it in jesus name ,were glorifing jesus name. were going to be rewarded by our good works .were telling others of jesus and maybe in turn your help saving a soul for eternity. Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, that no one should boast." 2 Timothy 1:9 "[God] has saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity." 2 John 8 "Watch yourselves, that you might not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward."
