My best friend, her husband left her with 2 kids for another woman not so long ago. So she called me at the end of last month crying and upset that she was not going to have enough money to pay for rent and daycare this month. Her lease was MTM, so I told her to move in one of my units-same town she was in- and I paid the deposit for her, and all she had to pay was the prorated rent this month, and I put her lights in my name for her so she wont have to pay a deposit...
