and every potential mate that follows is doomed by one critical flaw - they aren't that person. sigh. Only he can be him. How can anyone else compete with that?  I know the feeling I keep thinking ..someone will sweep me off my feet and be all that he was to me and more... I can't get my head around the idea though When someone tries to sweep me off my feet, I run like H**l the other way! yeah, me too. I once said I prefer my men disinterested and 1000 miles away. Sigh. I keep thinking that someday I will find someone I WANT to sweep me off my feet... I just want a date. No long term commiments, I am not ready for anything like that, but finding someone ok with this is difficult!
