A good exercise to make women's legs look smaller? I'm fairly small but when I do squats it makes my pants tighter.



If you use light weights with 15 repetitions per set, that shouldn't cause your legs to bulk up at all. So stay away from the hundred pounders...:-)

Looking for advice or to give advice??

ON LEG DAY!!

Lunges are good for quads and ham strings ~~ front lunge will work the hams and the back lunge will work the quad.
you will feel it when you are returning to a standing position.

One leg bent over rows works the back ~ hams ~ and balance ~~ stand on one leg bendover do 10 bentover rows stand back up ~~ while still on one leg repeat 3 times then switch to the opposite leg.

Bout the only thing Ive got going for me is the hair ~ down past my waist 43 inches ~~~ will be 53 on thursday ~~~~ that makes me Capricorn.............
