ON LEG DAY!!

Lunges are good for quads and ham strings ~~ front lunge will work the hams and the back lunge will work the quad.
you will feel it when you are returning to a standing position.

One leg bent over rows works the back ~ hams ~ and balance ~~ stand on one leg bendover do 10 bentover rows stand back up ~~ while still on one leg repeat 3 times then switch to the opposite leg.

A good exercise to make women's legs look smaller? I'm fairly small but when I do squats it makes my pants tighter.

If you use light weights with 15 repetitions per set, that shouldn't cause your legs to bulk up at all. So stay away from the hundred pounders...:-)

Even if I use no weights, it does tend to do that. For some reason I bulk up in my legs faster than I'd like. I like this machine gadget thing called the Bun and Thigh Max, (sorta same principle as sqeezing a pillow but works inner and outer)but if I do squats my quads see growth. Maybe I'm different or have you seen that? I make sure to stretch well afterwards, too. Thanks for replying.

I bought "winsor" pilates off of Ebay...for about 10 dollars for 2 dvds. That way rather then ordering it from the TV there is no monthly commitment garbage. Anyway, I swear by winsor to get long lean muscle.

I actually had the Winsor pilates video and it got lost in a move. I agree gotta love Ebay!
