I was put in that same position. It all depends on the state you live in. Call you court house and see what your rights are and his (if any). I was able to move do to the loop hole he had a felony and refused to do parenting classes. I haven't seen my ex-husband since 2004 neither has his two daughters age 5 and 10yrs. A family attorney or legal aide can help with advise. Good luck and the best to you and your family.

Alot of men know there is going to be baby daddy drama and they ain't ready for none of that. Also they feel they didn't make the kid why raise it. The main reason they will never truly have that woman cause the child will come first.
