you doin squats in a cage or smith machine? shoulders and core strength will improve bench, so will deadlifts so keep at it cage my bench weakness is partially a function of a sore shoulder that I can't get rid of .... but it's improving, I think I'm figuring out what was bothering it (rotator cuff I think) I'm pretty strong on deads (considering I've done them about 5 or 6 times), I did 425 twice yesterday as a new best, I think I could do 445 or something like that once. |

The only thing I can do halfway worth a crap is deadlift, my bench is weak and my squat form sucks. I'm working on it though

people that have nothing of substance left to say, but still cannot accept this fact and instead ramble on about nothing on the telephone... the problem is that they don't realize that what they are saying lacks substance..most people are in love with the sound of their own voices.. but it is probably my biggest pet hate as well
