OK you got mail..lets see if this helps. It's definitely pointing at just internet, so thats better than error codes from hardware and the blue screen of death. Hopefully its just a simple cleanout of the internet junk files. Or it is possible he is having a problem on his ISP..that can happen too. But don;t worry, it should not be a serious problem given the info you have given me so far.

Some I can.... When it says "holy sh*t, Cambolaya is hitting the Jesus buttom AGAIN!" that just means the computer is fed up and wants to go home.
