umm Soma is a muscle relaxer..they prescribed that when I hurt my lower back. I never took any..but from what I remember, it was just a strong muscle relaxer....am i wrong???? I could be..I never took any.

Well if you need prescip meds just to "cope" in life..you really should not be trying to or you are in the condition to date someone...just my opinion.

First, want to say sorry you had to experience such a thing.

I understand this "catch 22" hell bound situation that screws everything up for anyone looking for a good person and good relationship.

But what I don't understand is why people make it so damn hard to FIX!???

Just like in this situation, you have been hurt yet again in your life...so you still hope and go on to the next guy to see what happens. But when things go bad time after time, many can get jaded, put up too many walls and over protect.

By then, the GENUINE ARTICLE can come into thier life, but they push them away with those walls and suspicions, so then they miss out on what could have been so wonderful.

What a tragic situation we can create for ourselves due to the bad actions of others.

I can say I do perfectly understand why Christ needed to come to "take the sins" of mankind, simply because not one of us (humans) could live up to the standard if you will. as it says in the scriptures, our (mans) best works are like dirty rags unto God. So I do see it being very logical of Christ's role as "savior" for that specific reason. It was his sacrafice that paid the debt of sin for all mankind.

So that part, at least to me, fits perfectly into the logic realm. But the the ability to truly relate to all of the "human" expereince does not fare to well. Again, it is not written about in the scriptures directly, but some (as in my case in being raised) was translated to some in this fashion. So it may be a very limited view in main stream, but it does exist.

yeh I can beleve in why eople have trouble seeing that, because in so many cases as stated earlier, many are out for some payback.

Luckily another poster brought some light in at least for my situation, because of the wonderful people in my life who give so much to me, I don;t have that "need" for that "return" because they have already given it to me and more. So there is no "need" for me in that area, because those i love have already filled any "need" so I have no "need" in that area. it explained a lot for me.
