why do some, most, females assume the male is or has to pay? it's so weird. what do they owe you? is it part of the whole courting thing? i don't get it. is it weird that i don't ever let a guy pay for me? meh. perhaps i'm just odd. Well a I heard this on talk show, I think it was Dr. Phil or Oprah, I can't remember. Qoute: "The guy wants the girl more than the girl wants the guy" So if he wants to keep her, he better impress her, I guess. 
I don't know about you, but paying for a date to impress me isn't going to work. Hey, hey, I just heard this quote, on tv, doesn't mean I live by it. I am more than willing to pay my share.

no u definitely had the right to say, leave some for your daughter, since u specificaly bought them for your kids. Its polite to offer them one or two, but they shouldn't assume, they can have the whole bag, unless u bought it for them.

To an all u can eat buffet. U are not serious! How can u pig out on a first date, if we were dating I wouldn't mind, but not on a first date. U would have just wasted money.
The last time I went out on a first date, I was so nervous, I could barely eat anything, I just ate a few pieces of vegetables. And I felt so bad because the guy treated me to dinner and I barely ate anything.

Have a picnic first and then manage the whopping 2 hours without a snack???? Concessions are pricey, so I get it. It's the way it sounds like it was handled that bugs me-not the dollars saved or spent. 
Whenever I go to the movies, if we actually want a snack, we sneak it in rather than paying expensive prices. I wouldn't mind if I was dating the guy, to sneak in snacks, I mean they are really expensive at the movies. But I think it's too much to ask a girl u just met to sneak them in. |
