My stepmom passed away 5 years ago today. We all miss her very much and know that she is our guardian angel now. Its too bad she didnt get to see her grand daughters being born or watch them grow up.

I wont do that. Its not even that great of a story I dont think. I just wanted other opinions.

I wrote a short story a few months back. I was going to post it but I want to make sure people are interested in reading it. IF you are, post a reply and I will post the story in the morning.

Mine was ok. I had to work today from 4-10 but I got off an hour early thanks to a slow work day. I put in my two weeks tonight so I could go work at wal-mart. Go me right? lol! BIG SHOTS WAS ON TONIGHT! SUCH A GOOD SHOW. All in all today was a pretty good day.

1st poem
September 11th
to the remembrance of the 9/11 victims
I remember it like it was yesterday
It was a regular day like any other
Then it happened, Boom!
The first plane crashed
Into the north tower then...
BOOM! The second plane crashed
Into the south tower
Smoke came pouring through the streets
People running for their lives and screaming
Some jumped out windows to escape the horror
Some fell with the towers
We lost thousands that day
And it started a war that is still goin on
to this day
Is the world really gonna end up this way!

2nd poem

The Heart
Shattered into a thousand pieces
The pain never ceases

Wanting someone there to fill the hole
Feeling as empty as the soul

Breaking a little more each day
Slowly fading away

Turning black as the night
Only happiness can make it right

Does anyone else watch the 24 hour marathon of this movie on X-mas eve? I watch it with my dad. its our favorite x-mas movie.

Is he not the most amazing country singer there is? He just blows me away with every song he sings.

I saw this movie last Friday. Not a lot of people know about it because it wasnt advertised much. It is a great movie and I recommend it to ANYONE who is a John Cusack fan. He is a great actor and this movie just shows how good he really is.

I give it an 8/10.
