Were these speeches directed specifcally to students and shown only in schools? - yes

Were they made to be shown in all schools? - If I have to guess, probably not but was suggested - like how it was suggested that this should be sown (BTW some school are showing it and some are not and the ones that are showing it are still leaving it up to the teachers for the final word)
