A year and a half ago today, I met my man for lunch. It has been bliss ever since!! Yes it has! I came to update and someone beat me to it.

A business must be generating revenue in excess of costs (or have financial reserves) in order to pay employees. In order to spend more on employee wages (raises) a business must increase money coming in or spend less money somewhere else.
Government can generate more money for wages by increasing taxes and fees....or spending less on services. An employee's time on a job may make them a more valuable worker, this does not automatically mean a business can pay them more in wages. |

I got in-laws in the UP who just finished using up their Y2K supplies. Hahaha, yeah :-) Love the funny red_lace :-) You can laugh.....as he finished off his basement he built a special secret room for guns and ammo, so the NATO troops couldn't find it. Was going around collecting 55 gal. drums for fuel and water. |

When I get in these kinda places it seems like life life sucks,
it always has sucked and it always will suck. This is it-suckville! BUT I know in my mind that this is not true. I have had love in my life before, and I will again. I have a career, so I will be employed. I have a roof, food, plenty of clothes. If I seem not to have a friend, then I need to be a friend. My attitude and response to life is my responsibility and I have the power to change both. |
