The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.
-Helen Keller

Thank you SO much for reminding me of one of my most valued teachers...Helen Keller. She helped me through many troubled times...and still does.

school IS work

Thank YOU for acknowledging that! flowerforyou

I worked three (sometimes four) jobs while I re-entered the school-force. Granted, I didn't have chitlins at the time...but is was WORK!

I don't regret a single moment of it either. flowerforyou

You CAN pretend to be serious, and you CAN pretend to be witty...but, the gift lies in pulling it off successfully.

"A habit of basing convictions upon evidence,
and of giving to them only that degree of certainty
which the evidence warrants,

would, if it became general,

cure most of the ills from which the world suffers."

Bertrand Russell

Reminds me of my all-time faves:

You can have trust without love but you can not have love without trust flowerforyou

Exactly.

Again, I beg to differ. Reference my post above, if you have time.

Once you love, you trust. If that trust is breached, one does NOT automatically dismiss the love...hence, (I just LOVE that word "hence"...giggles), so many here would NOT be bellyaching or hurting about lost "loves".

Am I right? ohwell

"Do small things with great love. It's not how much we do, but how much love we put into the doing;

And it is not how much we give, but how much love we put into the giving.

to God, nothing is small; The moment we have given it to God, it becomes infinite."
