Topic: Any Other Empty Nesters Or Close To It?
I have a son on his own in Michigan (he is 22), and my daughter only has one more year of high school. She's talking about leaving state, which I don't blame her. Although it's still a year away, it leaves me feeling a little sad. Is there anyone else going through this?

Don't let her get away with this. Get the friend of the court in your city involved immediately, plus keep an eye on her activities. If she's doing things she shouldn't, bring it to the courts attention immediately. Years ago, when my divorce was going on and there was a custody battle, my daughter's dad turned out to be the unfit one. :)

Topic: Why are you single?
There are many positives to being single, it's not a negative at all. Also, it's fun to go out and do things alone and not have to be attached. Don't get me wrong, it would be nice to have a relationship, but it's not something I live for completely.

Sometimes people simply pick the wrong person to date. As they get to know that person, it turns out they aren't a match.
