I have a cat who can open doors... even when they are locked. Be afraid! Be very afraid! I'm not really afraid of Meowgi, he just wants free roam of the house, but he and his brother bully the girls, sooo he has to stay up in my room. Now at night I have to put a box or a hamper in front of the door to block his escape. |

He spends each and every day planning on how to get on the "outside." He cries when the door opens and closes, one more missed opportunity. He will launch from any position, your face, shoulders, anything you present to him. And smile the whole time, looking so innocent you doubt your own sanity. While it doesn't take a cat to make me doubt my sanity, I know what you're saying. Mine has even figured out how to open the screen door on the patio himself, so now I have to lock it! I have a cat who can open doors... even when they are locked. |

I don't think that I would be able to move to another country to be with someone. I have my family here, and I don't think I would be able to leave them.

how will everything works?

Long distance relationships are difficult, but not impossible. If the two parties are willing to put in all the work needed to keep the relationship going then, I am sure things would work out. But it usually would be best to meet the other person before putting yourself in a relationship of any sort.

I have so many things sitting around that I don't need, and it all cluttered up my room. Lately it's been lotions that I'm allergic to and cannot use. And lots of books that don't fit in my bookshelf.

My sister keeps trying to get me to read the books, but I find it hard to get into. Doesn't draw me in like the other books that I enjoy reading. I've read better written books than Twilight. But then again, I've never been much of a fan of of vampires and the likes.

Nothing like...

I was walking home from the gym today, and I had stopped to tie my shoe when a poor stray cat decided to come up to me and beg for some lovings, and me being such a weakling for such pleas gave her some attention. She was a sweet little one, and I just wished I could have taken her home with me, but I'm sure she would not be able to adjust to the life in a home with my other cats. Plus I did not know whether or not if she had any contagious disease such as FIV/FelV... Which would transmit to my other kitties at home, of course I was careful, washing the clothes I wore and showering, just in case. If I was able to, I would have at least taken her to see a vet to see if she was healthy, check to see if she was chipped and already had a home, and if she didn't have one I would have looked for a home for her. She was a sweet girl, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be so hard for her to find a forever home.

It could possibly be that your cat is a little stressed from being groomed. Cats usually shed a lot when they are stressed, anxious, scared or hot. I've seven cats total, try to imagine how much fur I have everywhere... But regardless I still love them.

My plan for the day is to get out and go to the gym, I need to get back into the habbit of goin. Just with the new schedule I've got for work, I've been beat... So far feeling very lazy today.

When I take my glasses off, I sometimes forget where I placed them, and I will search all over the place for them... And they'd usually be in the usual place I put them. Of course it does help that I'm practically blind without them.

The best quality a good friend would have is the ability to be someone I can rely on when I need someone to talk to, like after a stressful and depressing day at work, I can rely on them to be there to lend a shoulder to cry on or just a sympathetic ear.

Ooooh thanks for the laugh After a stressful and sad day, I certainly needed that.

Just another happy sunday?
|
|
Well my sunday existed of a lazy one. Didn't do too much, I did get a lot of reading done, which for me is great, because reading makes me happy at times. I had to calm my cat down when it started storming. Thunder and Danielson don't mix very well, and I really don't blaime him, I don't care for them all that much. I was going to go to the gym, but the storm got in my way.

Here's a pic. of my cat Smokey I just took. He's atleast 14 years old, if not older. He is adorable, looks like you're taking great care of him I used to have a golden retriever named Bailey.. (actually was my sons from santa claus) when I lived in Oklahoma...went through a divorce and I kept him in the house I was in till I had to move to an Apt and then my ex took him until I was to get another place but either way he was to keep him since it was our sons and someone offered him some money for him and he sold him..I was sooooooo mad and my son wasnt too happy either, but thats my ex for ya. Lots of beautiful kitties :) Your cat named Danielson looks just like a cat my son now has, named Simba :) That is the worst thing that he could have done, I'm sorry that happened to your golden, goldens are such great pets for families. My bailey loves my niece and nephews, and tolerates their antics very well for 6 months-4 yr olds. If simba is tan colored, then he looks like danielson, if he is an orange tiger then he looks like meowgi. Either way cats are all adorable |

I have a total of 7 cats and 1 dog. Three of my cats are over at my mom's, with the dog. And the other four cats are over at my dad's.
Growing up I've always had cats with me to comfort me when I'm going through rough times. Buttercup, Peepers and Gilda are the three cats over at my mom's. They are the sweetest things. I miss them a lot, now that I don't see them as often as I wish, especially Gilda. I stay mainly over at my dad's and visit over at my mom's for a day. I always feel bad, especially for Gilda, because I know she misses me the most, she has claimed me as hers ever since we first met. We got Gilda and Peepers from a shelter after we lost one of our first set of cats, Orchid, to keep Patches company. Unfortunately Patches had died a few months later, and my sister was depressed, and we ended up adopting a calico kitten, who we named Buttercup. I've been trying to visit as often as I can, but I mainly can go when my mom isn't around, since she and I really don't get along very well. But I've been trying to spend time with Peepers, she was diagnosed two years ago with Kidney Failure, and with the wonderful care my dad gives her as a vet, she's been around and happy. She gets fluids twice a week, and she behaves very well for that. All our cats over at my mom's are getting fairly old. Buttercup is 9 years old, Gilda is 10 and Peepers is 11. They are all healthy and happy cats, even Peepers with her kidney issues. Bailey is our 8 year old Golden Retriever over at my mom's. He is the silliest little boy ever. But he is also very clingy to everyone, which also makes me feel bad when I am unable to visit over there, because he gets sad. I got to see him yesterday when my sister brought him into work for his treatment of Acupuncture for his Arthritis. At our dad's we have the four cats, Spaz, Demi, Meowgi and Danielson. They are all great and wonderful cats. Spaz is silly in her way of getting attention. If she isn't getting the attention she wants she will go up to someone and start petting them until they pet her. Demi is four years old and we had her since she was around 6 months old, she was dropped off at my dad's office with her litter of kittens, who only three survived and the surviving kittens grew up to be bigger than Demi is today. Demi has such spunk, and loves to cause all sorts of trouble. Then we have the two brothers who we recently brought home from my dad's office, who we have to keep up in my room and the bathroom that is connected to my room. They are sweet little boys, but unfortunately Danielson was being a bully to poor little Spaz that we have to keep them separated. So I have two cuddly cats in my room, but they will start waking me up at 3 a.m. for breakfast. As I write this I've got Meowgi purring away beside me. Last summer I lost two sweet little boys, who were such sweet cats. Tuck and Roll, they were brothers, but unfortunately Cancer got the better of them... Tuck died two weeks after my ex had ended things with me, and I was devastated, because Tuck was helping me get through the break up. He had died in my arms, and he was purring until his time came. Roll, had taken over Tuck's roll until a month later we made the caring decision to put him to sleep. We had to put him to sleep when my dad was away on an acupuncture conference, because he couldn't stand losing him, which I knew how he felt, but I knew Roll was suffering. It was a sad summer for my family with the loss of two sweet cats, who I still remember, and always will. This is one of Roll's favorite poses Tuck really loved my bed This is Bailey Peepers Buttercup Spaz Demi, the spunkiest of all the cats Gilda, we had a little fun with the hawaian themed birthday party for my sister, Meowgi and Danielson in one of their favorite poses together |

My first pets were three cats, Patches, Orchid and Danny. They were there before I was born, and they lived quite a good chunk of years. They were sweet little cats. Patches was a calico cat, and was the sweetest of the bunch, giving us kisses. Orchid was the talkative one as well as Danny. I remember Patches would walk along the side of the tub when we were taking baths, and occasionally she would slip and fall into the tub filled with water. Patches and Orchid lived until they were 18, they had health problems... Danny lived to the ripe old age of 21. I will always remember them no matter what.
