One more thing, "knoxman" - The troops DID have a choice.
They could have chosen not to enlist in an incompetent death machine, knowing there's a good chance of deployment to a hot zone, where the majority of the victims are always women and children. Once in, they STILL had the choice, if not the OBLIGATION to REFUSE illegal and unjust orders. ...but then, THAT would require a backbone. Going along to get along does not. |
