my daughter was
in a lesbien relationship
for a few yrs.
we think she was just
going through a faze
that relationship
was not healthy at all
for her or my grandkids

for her ex partner
was very abusive

my daughter went back
to having men in her life
she divorced her ex hubby
met another guy and they had
a child together..
they broke up
which i strongly belive
he was cheating

and resently
her and her ex hubby
have worked out there issue
and are getting back together

even though she has 3 kids by her
ex hubby ... i love my grandkids
and my daughter but she saw something
in the 3 older kids dad that we didnt see

and he has accepted my youngest grandson
in the pic
we will see

i have a friend
that i have known
for over 30yrs
that is a lesbian
and i can understand why

she was molested
not only by her uncles
but her grandfather
as to find out
her grandfather did
the same to her mother
which her mother allowed
this and she had 7 kids
so yes her grandfather is her father
SICKKKKKK!!!!!!
she even blamed herself
and i told her it was not
your fault
your grandfather was plain sick
he should had died along time ago

her grandmother tried
to protect her but couldnt
and i ask her why didnt
your grandmother leave
she tried but the indians
have a belief that have to
stay in a relationship
'no matter what

we often shift
our lives in
a newer routine
as locating
ones self
inspire of out
roots
as to make
and respect not only
ourself s
but our loved ones
and friends
for we can say
we hate ourself
but yet
you cant hate
your enemy
you should be open
to keep the new chapter
alive and to
succeed
through out
any situation
that may come your way
as a change can be good
as lifting those roots
to help a child so much
in need

When life is getting you down,
And you need a little hope.
Look deep down inside yourself,
And you'll find the way to cope.

When life is getting you down,
And you need a little love.
Go to the person whom you are the closest,
As the rest they are above.

When life is getting you down,
And all you need is a laugh.
Find the friend that makes you smile,
They may even be your staff.

When life is getting you down,
Don't allow it so.
Change the way you think of life,
And life will be better, you know.

When life is getting you down,
Take time to pray
Don't allow yourself to frown
God will help you see the good in the day.

"Whoever falls from God's right hand, Is Caught Into His Left." :-)

[Edwin Markham]

adding on
to your poem

when life gets
you down
cheer up
with a open smile
and hug from
others around
open your heart
to your bestfriend
and allow them
in your place
of home
as your tender soul
will speak
through your mind
with a miracle
of gold
that comes
to land
change
your ways
of life
as you never
know
what god has
in plans
for you have never failed
for your always
a winner
either way around

heal my soul
heal my mind
and the medical
needs that come
together in hand
as open that door
to a better tomorrow
with a whisper
full of delight
heal me
with all
your might

our hearts
are full of dreams
as we wish upon
a star and look
high in the sky
share ones thoughts
and feel the emptiness
each one of us have
as we have a soul
that is alive
bright full of life
but yet beyond
all that we feel sad for
we cant seem
to embrace ones heart
for there to far away
so we sit and wonder
and write ones thoughts
what shall come next
for we can hear our guides
voices but wishing there
could be something more
than that
as we try and make
our hearts full of fun
but it seem not possible
at the granted time

the power
that comes across
my mind gives
me the extra strenght
and the willpower
to seek above
all the answer that
one has wished
for through out
there lifetime
as i wish for
is the power
to help the homeless
became free with
growth and wealth
and have no worries
on this earth
and share there
passion love, energy
with everyone around
as helping within
the community
helps to show
what love you can
bring and not to be selfish
full of greed
its christmas time
share your spirits
high and low
and your hopes
will be granted
between you and me

That's beautiful Queene flowerforyou

Oh how comforting it is to be at peace; not only with oneself but with our fellow human kind and with all (beauty) that surrounds us.

This poem makes me think of the effect the rainbow has on me after a heavy storm..."with all the beauty that often brings the life of glory..."

Love it
Well written

my son loves
the rainbows
and last yr for xmas
i bought many things
i could find
that was looked like
the colors of a ranbows

even found a rainbow light
off of amazon

also found a mexcian poncho
that had the rainbow color
and i used that for the oover
on a bulitan board
and bought color letters at the
dollar store and put his name
on it
and spelled lucky

for my son was born on st paddy day
but he is also a special
needs child
my son is 27yrs old
and hes my baby

That's really special; thanx for sharing

The rainbow.
Colours that symbolize victory,
unity and calmness.
South Africa, after years of oppression was deemed the Rainbow Nation by the late Father of our Nation, Nelson Mandela.

The rainbow.
Delivers a soothing, unspoken message addressed to whom ever that appreciates its comforting beauty.

The rainbow.
A secret message of hope.
Felt and heard by your son.
And by me.

BrownTeaz.

the color we tend
to see in the sky
is the creator
from our savior
as the colors
are a true meaning
of love and inspiration
and the dances
of the butterflies
roaming through
the midnire moon
as the world
is dark,where
we tend to hold
back our deep secert
wings
for we are not weak
but we have a enriched
heart
where we share
the words
that come to be
so wise
for we stand toward
the light and fear
to seek aid above
the powers above
the sun as we see
a smile
far and near
as the rainbow reaches
for the pot of gold
on the highway
more than one
as money is savior
of the world
