Just use hydrogen peroxide on your teeth unless they are using laser. Now see, I've always heard putting peroxide in your mouth was harmful, although I used to do that at two different times when I had an abcess and couldn't get to the dentist right away. It worked great for the infection, and I never had any reaction or bad things happen from that either. I think, like with anything, there can be points for and against, it kind of comes down to a personal preference, what you can tolerate, what you are willing to risk and to what point, and a little bit of trial and error. |
