Just having a discussion with a friend of mine. She says Pagans are still generally considered to be devil worshipers and looked upon as a fringe "freak" show by most Americans. I say that we are not and that Paganism (Wicca in particular, Paganism in general) is going pretty mainstream. So, here is my highly unscientific survey. Let me know what you think. Pagans as "devil worshippers" is a logical extension of scriptural default. Basically, the New Testament claim is that Jesus is the redeemer of all the world's sin - a tenet that sets up a moral dichotomy between Jesus-worship ( Christianity ) and all the world's other forms of worship. Hence, if you're a pagan - or pantheist, animist, atheist, Buddhist, Hindu, Shintoist, muslim or Jew - you are, by theological default, being led astray by one of the Devil's many theological disguises - a clever deception he engineers to prevent you from embracing the salvation of Christ. Though paganism has historically sustained much greater condemanation and intolerance from Christianity than many other more mainstream religions because nearly all pagan faith systems incorporated human sacrifises to varying extent. |

If You Don't Trust Someone
|
|
If you don't trust someone,do you leave them and find someone else,or work on your own trust issues? If I distrust a lover than it's only because she's done something to deserve the distrust. Like the time I learned my girlfriend slept with a dude when we were supposed to be monogamous. I broke it off and found someone else within a week. |

People who're looking for the important qualities will appreciate what you offer but those who make their choices based on what's exciting and titillating are gonna be turned off by niceness.
Also, a lot of women may have a natural distrust of the nice-guy personality since some of the worst creeps they've known hid behind a nice-guy front. It's like the old saying, "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know." |

Whats your wildest fantasy?
|
|
why would you care about my fantasy; you don't even know me? (but i'll post it in case Robin sees it ) ~~~~ i always wanted to stay at an amusement park after closing hours and have him turn on the carousel and us to make love while we're sitting on one of the horses, with the tacky music in the background, and the smell of cotton candy filling the air. Or how about on home plate in a deserted major league baseball stadium? |

Your best pics are the one where you're petting the cat and the one that's two pics before the one you're using now.

IS it that they want their women to have implants ?! OR Botox? What is the real Scoop, Men? Implants might grab people's eye - but I'd never want to actually feel them. Big turn off. Wouldn't you be grossed out caressing a guy's artificial pecs? Men like femininity (just like women like masculinity). However, it seems both are becoming increasingly scarce these days. |

Is It Possible?

Is it possible to move on after you found the one you know you will love forever, and can't be with that person? Yes - love is very resourceful, that way. Love just needs a recipient. |

ok, so I have been dating this woman a few times in the past 3 weeks... things *seem* ok, the only problem is -- I cannot get a read on her intentions... I am usually good at picking out the 'female players' - but in this case I cannot... we talk, but it's a bit too early to talk tooooo much about things... any thoughts??.... Sounds like you may be more into her than she's into you. That's usually the case for the one who feels frustrated about knowing the other's intentions. Another possibility - though far less likely - is that she's being remote to set you off balance as a means of taking charge. |

Like everything else, you get better at resisting temptation with the more practise you have. Success usually breeds more success. Important thing is never giving up trying. It took me 7 years to quit smoking - but I finally did only because I refused to quit trying.

What is the most romantic movie you have ever watched in your lifetime? The Unbearable Lightness of Being or Doctor Zhivago. |

I know Im not that cute but do I sound crazy lol jk Do I have a nice personality. Any woman capable of loving and being loved is girlfriend material - and marriage material, and mommy material. |

After hearing this song for the first time, a friend asked me what I thought it was about. Elton John did such a great job conveying the mood and imagery of the song I practically guessed the title off the top of my head. |

Sex before mariage
|
|
Hey, I recently become a christian and I have a very big question. I learned from the 10 commandments that we should not have sex before mariage. I must say, it is easy to talk than to act. How do you do that? How can anyone not having sex for years? Thanks People use to cope with this by getting married at much younger ages. Typically the marriages were hastily arranged affairs ( "shotgun weddings" ). Many had premarital sex but they got married as soon as a pregnancy occurred ( no birth control pills back then ). |

Nah, i dont see that happening. Books will live on. They will sell what people demand, and i believe people will demand books. What you say makes sense - until you consider the political ramifications of Big Brother. In the not too distant future, I suspect they won't want much of the "classics" (anything published pre-21st century) in the hands of young people. They can't reach into your books at night and delete the verboten-think. |
