By allowing this behavior to continue, she is teaching her children abuse is acceptable. They should have tried some marriage counselling for the sake of the kids before things got that ugly . When the marriage can no longer be repaired separation and divorce are the only options left to make any sense . As far as the kids are concerned they will be better off living with the mother in peace than with two parents in wars . There are too many divorces all over the world . I was reading a newspaper where the rate of divorce in France is 50% . |

put all the democrats on one side and all the republicans on the other what would happen? Which side would have a higher unemployment rate? which side would have higher taxes? Which side would flourish or die and which side would succeed or fail and why? The Democrats and the Republicans are very similar or close in many policies . When I have the choice I always prefer the Democrats although I still think both the Republicans and the Democrats do not represent the real interest of the nation and both screw up the constitution when that can do so safely . When you have nearly the same faces again and again in the senate, the congress and the White House; you got a real danger around you . |

After thinking about this for a few days, while observing the active threads and contempleting past threads, it seems to me that biggest form of "bullying" is belittleing and/or ridiculing other people and/or their beliefs, for whatever reason. Just an observation. And you get lots of this in these forums and others as well . Very good observation that needs to be applauded wisely .   .

WOW! There is no excuse to ever tell your child such a thing!!! I would cut off all contact with them.  
J.M.O She is not a child she is a young woman . What did she do to make her parents so mad and so fragile ?. Always blaming the parents is a Carte Blanche for abuses of drugs, alcohol, prostitution, delinquent.....etc . If she makes her parents life hell and she should go to hell herself . |

No other ancient philosophy gave so much depth in answering fundamental question like who are we?from where we have come?how we can get eternal bliss?what is world ?and so many?vedenta is the best book of philosophy The real problems are that we still do not know where we came from, if we can or we can not have eternal bliss, where we are heading and so many, many unanswered questions remain impossible to comprehend such as : if God or Gods created us then who created this God or these Gods.....etc. This is a very complex world of ours and every day we can learn something from our experiences and from others . |
