Although there are some truly lovely looking men and women in real life, it is fleeting. It's such a shame that a person can't be considered "good enough" as they actually are, isn't it? And it's no wonder, with the "magic" of photoshop, that so many people get frustrated in their endeavors to be thin or shaplier by some odd standard. They cannot compete with photoshopped people. They simply aren't real, from eyelashes to hair to bodies and clothes. As lovely as some stars are, their cover photos are so touched up. Who told them they have to look like some odd ideal in the first place?
But, I'm sure this type of altering has been done over the centuries in painting and portraits all along.

I remember in prep school, this one gal had so many bad acne scars. And for extra money, the photo company would erase the scars. And she went for it. But here is she still, at age 49, walking around with the scars. So, she got her magic moment, but still wears the "shame" of her scars to this day. It's like she has never seen her looks as good as is/was. I hope by now she's accepted herself.

No, you are misunderstanding the video. This is just to show you how to transform somebody to a figure that is promoted through media propaganda of "what a woman should look like".

Do you still believe those tabloid magazine front covers that "that's how they look like" really?

Come on now..I can show you images of famous stars, look nothing extraordinary and yet they made to be look super fantastic in magazines.

Nice you understand the way it works..so many men, and women are looking for the perfect 10 and such a person doesn't exist.

But, to me.... I'd prefer that the woman was considered fantastic just as she was. Not some manipulated idea of someone else's fantastic. Thankfully, there ARE people who like a person with fatty deposits, or I'd never get any!! laugh laugh laugh
Really, I wonder why more people don't consider this type of manipulation as repugnant deformity. It's that unnatural and seems pretty unhealthy to me.

And women go as far to starve themselves and do plastical surgery to look like a specific figure promoted by the media.

This is all a 20th century idea.

yeah, too bad..I'm just going to continue to age as gracefully as I can. If it's not good enough for one..eh, someone else will like it!

You reach an age where you know these tabloid-photo shop- gel sac girls are not the real thing!

And then we have the task of teaching our daughters this!!

It's a cruel world

Some health issues arise from not being fit, in shape and obese .
Above what is nice to admire there are always health considerations to be taken very seriously .

And do you think it will be a non fiction one day ?.
The video is a work of imagination .
Science is not doing much to prevent the ugly truth of aging for all . The Prime Minister of Italy looks much younger than he is but he spends lots of money on plastic surgeries ....etc. He is a multi billionaire and very rich in Italy .

I don't know how to tell these, I don't even know too much english, but get my attention the example you make of your friend scars, left me thinking is you really understand her, there are people out there that's adapt to their imperfection and live without scare of what others will think or react, but there are others that been really hurt and been emotionally drain by theirs experience. nobody want to be reject by others so they will do what ever they can to feel like others really saw them, not there not so average so comun appearance, in hollywood there's no exception did you saw tabloits after them gain a few pounds or even wearing ugly clothes people are hard on them and is hard to doesn't get lost in all that. must people and I don't mean to offended but when they try to encourage end up hurting. so always try to remember the things you hide and doesn't want to tell other's and doesn't want them to know, things thats you feel prejudice before also when someone tease you when you was litle or adolecent or even adult in a emotional crisis when other's think you were exaggerated, I could write a lot of examples but the truth is that we always hide something and we always have emotional scars to deal with, remember that when you see other's and maybe you will have an idea how they feel because sometimes when we encourage we doesn't saw a person behind. I use to know someone that's eat a lot in fastfoods and was overweigh she have kids and I was worried so I try to encourage her to eat healthy, because she have kids and she could die and left them alone, so sudenly she get sick and died after a month of been in hospitals, so maybe she sould take care of her self but what is the point of we want to make others people life's perfect when we can't make ours life perfect, maybe I hurt her in many ways when I was trying to encourage her, so is better is we try to see beyond people fears, because we always hide in somewhere when we doesn't want to be found, even when we lied and say we doesn't have anything to hide.
