When are guys going to stop looking for just sex ! When relationships become easy. |

Well I understand it is a sore topic for many of you and it is also a bit of my mistake. I wanted to ask about "relationships" but wrote relationship so that is my fault. I always heard that we learn from our mistakes or failures to be exact and a failed relationship is also a failure so let us take it in that manner I think you can take any bad experience and turn it into a learning one. Unfortunately, if the break was a bad one, it's tough to sit around and think about the positives. You just want to blot it from your mind. It is much easier to learn from the negatives, as in "I'll never do THAT again." |

Why do women all think they can fix us? Face it, a man is like an Edsel. Why do men refuse to ask for directions? Because that would be admitting that we were WRONG. Besides, if we drive long enough, we'll find it!! |

If it sounds too good to be true...it is. Besides, what guy would want someone half their age? All the teaching you would have to do!! |

It's weird. When I meet someone new and they have the same name as my ex, it's almost a disqualifier. As stupid as that sounds, I can't help but feel a little creeped out. |

Why do all women want you to talk about your feelings?
The truth is, I have none. |
|
|
|
Not all women..are interested in a bad boy.. So..you can't lump us all together.. Some do want a nice guy.. I'm just citing a common complaint, dear. I know you're not all the same. ![]() |

Very good!
How about... Why do all women say they want a nice guy, then leave me for a "bad-boy" type? |

Why do all men/women.....?

People that start off by saying, "No offense, but...."
Then go on to say something extremely offensive. And then thinking because they started with "no offense," it clears them of any wrong-doing. |

How to forget past

![]() One Tequila Two Tequila Three Tequila Floor! ![]() Seriously --- For me it's hard to let go of something I want, even when I know I can't have it! So --- forgetting the past begins with moving on. The obvious things are ---- Keep busy, date, hang out with friends, read lots of books, when you find yourself thinking about that person, change the subject in your brain - as often as it takes. Repeat. :) Good advice. Especially the staying busy part. Personally, it's hard for me to read because I end up getting distracted and have to keep re-reading paragraphs. But I stay busy with the other stuff. Also, moving on begins with acceptance. You have to keep telling yourself, "I did the best I could, but it's over." |

Depends, if it was someone I was already involved with, and it was a temporary situation for work or something, then no problem.
But to try and get to know someone, while living separately? Eventually, you have to meet and be together, I would think. I'd give that a few months, tops. To either be together or call it quits. |
