but being someone who would take a risk, what's the point of having an
interest in someone and then just dwell on that thought? You should
atleast attempt.

Hey I used to have trouble coping with stress,and I'm not exactly sure
if anyone said anything about it yet... but meditation works like a
charm for me.

Try sitting down in a quiet place or a place without distractions, sit
up straight, cross your legs...and just take a buunch of deep breaths,
but while you're doing this don't think of anything. Everything should
piece together and give you a better thought process afterwards.

I'm not saying you HAVE to do this or anything, but I think it's worth a
try. I meditate for about an hour or two a day... =D
