Anger is a normal emotion that all human beings feel. It's a way of expressing our resentment, displeasures, hatred or grievances and there's nothing wrong to feel that way as long as you are not overwhelmed by your feelings that you lose control. When we can't handle our anger properly then most likely it would impair our listening skills, understanding and hinders us from communicating well our thoughts and feelings. Anger management is important and diplomacy in dealing with one's feelings and with the people in a more sensitive and tactful way. Always compose yourself, be calm, have an open mind and heart that listens and speak or express your thoughts and feelings in a gentle voice that would not arouse hostility.

Feeling tired but fulfilled..... been too busy with my work it's mentally exhausting but brain filling..... aaarrrggghhh.... information overload , lol!

I always take chances .... I may have fears and doubts but it doesn't stop me from facing and fighting to take the risk. Feeling optimistic.... thinking of all the possibilities in life. I feel good with a happy heart.....hopeful

You said it's just a rumor? Is it really true? How could you hit it off with someone if you haven't seen some good things in her? Is it all just a pretense to make you fall in her trap and you are the next in line victim in her serial killing? Then be careful, investigate, find out the truth first before going further in your relationship. Not all rumors are true, that's why we undergo the stage of getting to know someone to make a connection and get to know the real person. If you confirmed that the time is true and that she is a threat or a danger then avoid her, immediately report her to the police.........maybe in the prison cell you can continue to pursue her, you are safe there

It's holiday here where I am working now and I get the chance to explore some of the places here and learn more about their culture. Life is an adventure , living in another place makes life more interesting and I am enjoying the island hopping and sight seeing life is good

I'd probably ask God...... when is your time God? I believe you know the desires of my heart and you have a plan for me......how long am I going to wait patiently? I lift up everything to you , my life I give to you.....I shouldn't be questioning your will but instead accept your will with open heart and trust in you....... I'm sure if I question God his replies would be these.............

I get easily attracted to the way a man talks, I listen carefully or read each words if there is a voice of kindness and filled with wisdom in his manner of speaking or dealing with other people. The heart of a person speaks in volume and says a lot about his total personality.
