Worn down, tired, disheartened,&beatin bloody,
By life and human cruelty. I'm like a pencil that has been sharpened to much.. Nothing left but a nub.....and darkness.......... Does anybody else ever feel this? This pit..this darkness?.. God! I'm usual the most optimistic person you'd ever meet..anybody? Standing alone in the rain, With nothing 4 shelter except my pain. The icy water chills my bones, And lets me know I'm all alone, A foggy haze of fear and grief, Comes to offer no relief, My broken heart has turned to mush, Then misery gives the final push, I fall into the dark abyss, & in defiance i blow a goodbye kiss,...kinda like that |

Shamans have used it forever...I'm keen and on aromas ,sounds, and natural things to help ease consciousness..only when needed though |

Or if you don't like smoking you can brew a tea with it...i personaly think our dreams are a portal to true self...if your feeling guilty, sad, angry ,confused, happy, depressed,etc.etc.
it all plays out in our dreams..if you pay attention to them you can make waking life more comfortable |
