I agree that the institution of marriage is like that, but I'm not talking about the Earthly institution, I am talking about the big sacred marriage that's beyond this world. Now THAT is special.

of course it works, i wouldn't do it if it didn't, most of the girls (and transgender) here are quite nice and their curiousity as to what i look like etc gets the better of them :P it's no big deal for me though, with a gf and all that, but i am always finding sneaky tactics to suck someone in, helps me with my telemarketing job when trying to sell a holiday, btw you get a 10 for asking a good question lol

the only time i worry when i buy something is when there are rumors going around that it's made from some poor kids in china or somewhere, they are virtually slaves being forced to make toys.

oh in these general threads i think i can be a bastard in that i have no problem saying exactly what's on my mind and exactly what i've experienced, part of the reason i've always stuck to the other threads until this point is that i know that people always tend to judge and reject once they see me open up my feelings and thoughts (I do feel strongly about certain things)

I try not to take offense to anything anyone tells me, as how a person feels is to do with them, nobody else. Yes, I've got unresolved feelings about my own past that might not go away for a long time, but that's got nothing to do with anyone else.

In a way, it's a good thing that sometimes gf speaks aggressively about her parents, because I usually gently encourage her to see the other side of the story and look at things from a different perspective which calms down any angry feelings I have, as I am encouraging her to not react to things too quickly. She has asked for some financial help from me this thursday when i get paid, and i am hoping little things like this will help her know that i'm not there for her money at all.
