For some reason I find this comforting, although I don't think that was intended. Very well written

Acceptable cruelty the everyday occurrence
Optimism cast aside as naiveté To most it seems to be The worlds true colors shine through tear stained eyes Coolly cynical the best way to be Sure you may not feel good, But at least you don’t feel bad Comfortably numb in your bubble of solitude Its oh so peaceful, and so deathly quiet Protected from your fiercest enemy And dearest friend you sleep away the night And most of the day, but hey you’re still here. At least you’re still here… |

Pushed by him for another
She cries out to me from the sinking earth Unknowingly I follow the sincere charade We lock eyes and I give her my strength Pulling me down she makes it out Drowning in her presence unable to speak For fear of doing what was done to me I smile and nod, its ok, as she walks away Silently sinking under |

Everybody's Got A Story...

Basically had some family troubles and ended up on my own at 16. I was trying to go to school while living out of my car. Was laying in my car one night and realized that I could never have pictured myself in the current situation, then I started to question all of the norms and things people "have" to do and realized life was nothing like it seemed.

I thought it was pretty good and I do agree about Val Kilmer, loved him in that movie. Matter of fact, I think aside from The Doors, it's the only movie I've ever liked of his. "Ghost in the darkness" and "the Saint" |

Tombstone is a great movie, but very few people I know have seen it. Wondering if there are any fans on the site.

I thought the first 45 minutes of superbad was hilarious...the rest fell into the typical teen movie. Forgetting sara marshal is possibly my favorite movie with that group of guys.

Definately one of the most well written/cast shows on tv. Saw a repeat on one of the major networks for free and got showtime just to watch it =)
