Web Love Who is this man, I do not know, Gives me the feeling that I can grow Onto a realm which feeds my soul, Lightens my hearts, restores my glow keeps me in states, I seem to feel, Redundant until his face appeals To recognize me? A faint smile gleaned Yet still, I work against its pull, Invisible cords on giant spools That stretch across oceans and seas, To envelop me in webs of dreams and needs And wants and yearns indeed For pastures new, and feelings free. Yes he is seen , but still, unseen He exists!! Parts un-revealed, In this crap, hateful, asinine machine Piece of modern technology That now serves as a barrier between And haunts me with it's knowledge of him So far, and near, untouchable thing Then deep within, emotions stream How true is this? What's actually real? How can our lives find common appeal? Words and pictures that tell me not What his presence will say, Or his peaks and troughs Add chemistry of desire, driven energy beams, Through organs and vessels, at lightening speeds Create delusional scene of our happiest dreams A Utopic mind field, with no ending revealed, Confounded resolute, conjured and bemused, Rejoice and restraint all mixed up in haze And frets of tears, and some future scares Yet courage to see, if time will reveal Sublime memories of me, in realized dreams With a man, I met, behind this screen. Will it be loved and cared? Will they be shocked and scared? What future holds for this unaware? What fate and destiny will it bear? We all are stardust, you and I, Made to believe we could fly. But time has passed and passes by, And all we do is try and try... And try... We hope our dreams, and make believe, Our fantasies and realities can be achieved. We toil, we sweat, we love, we laugh, We think, we feel, we do, enough! To what end our vanities pursue? Searching...Another cycle, until we do.. Hi Pansytilly, I thought this was really moving. Thanks for sharing it.

JaUkNz, Of course by asking if you're promoting 'self' I mean this in a positive way. Yes, and as for me, I am always trying to promote 'self'. This is truly why each of us are here. Continue to promote 'self', JaUkNz. For that's where other's will find ye in your deepest, most meaningful places. Inward. Always inward. Ok then? JaUkNz, This was indeed a powerful poem with moments of purity, truth and the desire to show aspects of deeper inner meaning. I noticed a few light typo errors although easily overlooked. I'd say, JaUkNz, in this piece you're really trying to connect others with how it is you feel inside. I think if this is so you've done a marvellous job in promoting 'self'. I get a lot of scammers..and young horny little fellas...but I actually get a lot of mail from "real" men as well..unfortunately not any within 200 miles that I would share any interests with...a lot of wonderful gentlemen too far away...but all is good.. I have a great time playing around in the forums...and even though the men I've been attracted to are distant...I have had some pleasant chats with a few..hugs and happy thought to all.. Great attitude, and agree/ |

I'm here for some weeks now and I find this really annoying. Every mail I get, is scam. There's a lot of nice REAL people on this site. You'll find them. Yes there is, BUT still tooooo many scammers. I see it the same as when I go out and get hit on by drunken creep, or "sex only" predators, or any other un-welcomed attention in public. Discernment and time usually fins scammers out. Good luck though. |

Woah, let's hope that this life changing event doesn't mean getting your credit card out. Such a shame that it's too private to actually post it here and maybe other lives would be changed by whatever load of shite you're going to tell him. got a point there I think, but this man (Lukinfolov) sounds like he really wants too help, so I too hope its all good. I do not want to be a goddess. I do not want devotees.I want one love. That is all. ditto    Yep agree. To find the beauty in our imperfect selves, in what ever stage of our lives, and irrespective of a man being in it, is key, I think. All men want different things in a women, and Yes some even love flat chested ladies or don't care as long as the lady is a lovely person. We women should not buy into the BS that keeps setting new "images' and "persona" for us to want to be like. "Yeah!!!" for imperfect human beings I say.  It's what we ALL are. |

You are enamored... LOL... more impressed and very interested. I feel real deeply, and just felt inspired to write this one. One day I may give it to the man who captures my heart. There are many fine, wonderful men out there, but it does not mean they are necessarily the right one. 'Love' is a funny, completex and mind blowing thing. I am romantic but realistic too. When I try, you ignore. when I give, I don't get back. when I put myself in your vicinity, you do not take notice. well....I'm done trying. In a world of a billion or so willing women, I picked you. You were preoccupied. And it's too late now. Last call. Closing up shop and moving on. So when you see that girl on my arm with the killer smile, wonderful attentive personality, who happens to give me all the attention I desire because she took notice when you didn't...well, I wish i could say it was nice knowing you.
