Is there anyone out there besides me who found someone that they are very interested in, and would so love to get to know on a more personal level, only to have distance hinder it?

Well in my case I met a girl off AOL back in 2001 and she lived all the way up in Michigan Grand Ledge that is, and I used to go up in rental cars to visit her and I stayed at her Families house. It was not easy but we kept in contact.
