OC your first step (always check the easy stuff first) is to test the battery. If nothing else just put a charger on it and see if it charges up. Is it maintenance free or can you open it up and check the water level? Did he say something was clicking? And the lights are fluttering? You want a full list, or just a partial one? LOL
