Well I finally got the roast in the crock pot. I made a ham in there last week - took about six hours. I figured since the roast is about half the size of the ham it should take about half the time right? Did some googling on it... Boy was I wrong! It's not gonna be ready until TWO IN THE FREAKING MORNING!! TEN TO TWELVE HOURS!?!? Who MAKES these rules anyway!?!?!

Oh well... I guess I'll make a pizza while I wait for it to cook. I could speed it up by turning the crock pot on "High" but I don't like to do that. Sloooow and simmering is best. Mmmmm......
