So I'm in school for bartending and I have to mesmerize over 120
different drinks and how to make them. Anyone have any suggestions how
to remember things?

make a game of it, catagorize your drinks into their alchol families ,
drinks are usually the same whether ordered by the group or individual

do u wanna mesmorize or memorize ?

order a drink aloud, (when you're alone, lol, or someone might think
you've lost it) you know, when you're home or in the car or where ever,
as you're ordering it, announce whats in the drink you're ordering as if
the bartender you're ordering it from doesn't know how to make it.
Besides after making drinks for real customers, it'll come so easy for
you. No, I have never tended bar before. This is just good practice
when trying to remember anything, not just mixed drinks.

Get a tape recorder list the drink with a pause to see if you can name
what goes in it first then list what goes in it see if you are right
play it while driving or walking or what ever. Flash cards also work.
But.... you will learn them sooner than you think hummm you going to the
school over in Dallas? It really is not that hard for alot of the drinks
are just simple ones just seems harder when you first start. Good luck!
But the tape recorder is good no matter what your study use to even turn
mine on when I layed down to sleep be surprised what you will remember.

become an alcoholic and you'll be able to remember exactly what is in
every one of them 120+ drinks right down to how much dirt was opn the
glass. lol

quiz yourself over and over. put flash cards up everywhere like on the
bathroom mirror so that when you brush your teeth you can study. sounds
weird but it really works

most frinks change the names with the addition of ingredients

so sombrero has kahlua n cream but for a white russian has vodka kahlua
and cream

never heard of anyone mesmerizing drinks I have been mesmerized by a
womans intellectual beauty though

besides if I was trying to kill someone my age I would server them Mad
Dog 20/20 that stuff is nasty but sure was good when we were younger lol
